(Web Desk) - A bright star in the sky has been named 'Palestine' on the recommendations of two Kuwaiti experts.

These experts, from the media and training sectors, have disclosed that "Star Registration," an international star registration website, has issued a name registration certificate for this star.

According to various Middle Eastern news outlets such as Quds Press, Syria Times, on the suggestions of Kuwaiti doctors, Dr Musa Almazidi and Dr Zuhair Almazidi, the Star Registration website has designated a bright star as ‘Palestine’ utilising data sourced from space agencies including NASA.

Kuwaiti experts claim that this star is visible to the naked human eye in the sky over Kuwait.

Both experts have declared that they have received official documentation of picture approving the star's name and its location in the sky.

This documentation also includes an English sentence, "State Palestine will exist forever."

Both experts have affirmed that the name 'Palestine' has been permanently registered on the Star Registration website.

They emphasise that naming the star 'Palestine' is an effort to raise awareness about the Palestine issue and to foster international solidarity with the Palestinians.

They informed Quds Press, "This initiative reflects Kuwaitis’ love for Palestinians and Kuwaitis’ interest in highlighting the Palestine issue."

They state that the star, with its name, exists in the vast universe at a location approximately 257.22 light-years away from Earth.
